Our panel of specialist conservators examine the paper thoroughly and recommend the appropriate preservation treatment. We also carry out careful testing of the treatment, prior to lamination. Ninestars uses cold lamination for the preservation of your hard copy legacy prints, using 'Synthetic Chiffon' or 'Matt Lamination' processes. Cold lamination further protects the newsprints, as the application of heat may damage the documents and the plastic laminate itself.
